getting back to speed

500 drills - 200 total immersion
500 kick - 200 apnea

2x550s on 10 hypoxic 5

- 7:14

500 cool down

felt pretty good. it was pretty easy to stay on the pace, so i was very pleased. i would have done at least one more 500, but a hs team was getting in.
