did all of them between 230 & 235. did the last one with paddles.

there was a high school meet so i got chased out and did my cool down in the diving tank.

i didn't realize it, but i felt really crummy today. i think i pushed a lot harder than i realized yesterday running with rocket. my legs still hurt this evening (11p)

287 Tree Run

just finished a run with rocket. we went to 287, then up to the lake house, the tree, then back home. it's cold too. it's below freezing, and the wind is blowing pretty hard, so i don't know what the windchill is. it's coming from laramie for sure though.
